Furniture and handover

Between the approved design and a finished home there are months of work you never see.

Dozens of suppliers, each with its own lead time. We handle all of them.

The problem

A complete project means dozens of different suppliers.

The stone comes from one place, the sofas from another, the lighting from another, the textiles from another. Almost none of them speak to each other. Anyone buying alone carries all that coordination, usually from a distance and during working hours.

From the first order to the last screw

Six steps, in the order of the works.

1

Ordering

Each piece to the exact specification that was approved: reference, finish, dimension, fabric.

2

Lead times

We follow each supplier and adjust the installation calendar. We give you the state of play without waiting to be asked.

3

Receiving and checking

Everything arrives at the warehouse and is checked against the schedule. Problems appear there, not in your living room.

4

Claims

Handled by us, by the people who buy from those suppliers all year round.

5

Installation

In the right order, which is the order of the works: joinery, then furniture, then lighting and textiles.

6

Handover

The house handed over installed and clean, ready to be used.

From the factory to the dining room

The same route, with dozens of pieces at the same time.

The stone being cut to size, the finish still on the roll, and the space once installed. An apartment in Carvoeiro.

When the studio does the buying

Trade terms, suppliers who answer.

We have worked for years with the same manufacturers and wholesalers, on terms that are not open to private buyers. For you, the difference is in what you no longer have to handle: the specification, the coordination, the lead times, the claims and the installations.

On handover day

You walk into a home ready to use.

Everything that had to be decided has been decided, and everything that had to be dealt with has been dealt with. We will be in touch within two working days, with no commitment on your part.
